have almonds,pumkin seeds..and i wud suggest u while having shower use soap on them and pull outward..softly..or with mosturizer still it will take sum time..or if u want just right now use fake 1..but not too big..otherwise it will look artificial..and other thing is tht u can have dairy products..but it will also increase ur body fats in other area...
